Line Cook ([$9.39/Hour]1 Part-Time/Temporary) Responsibilities include but are not limited to; complete all preparation necessary for food items requested, follow portion control procedures, follow cash register and guest check procedures, prepare food in a timely and efficient manner upon customer request, and follow all safety and sanitation regulations under federal laws. Must work with others as a team, and present a neat and well groomed appearance. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Indian Preference

Security Officer ([$8.50/Hour]1 Part-Time) Maintain proper security of the Casino, surrounding areas and customer facilities; must greet customers in a courteous, friendly manner; work as a team with other employees; present a neat, clean and well groomed appearance at all times, experience preferred but not mandatory. Must be 21 years or older and have a current valid Driver License. Indian Preference

Accounting Associate ([$11.82- $13.79/Hour]2 Full-Time) Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties; Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, transitions; Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts to ledgers or computer spreadsheets and databases; Audits invoices against purchase orders, researches discrepancies, and approves for payment; Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, and reviews for accuracy; Extracts general ledger information; Reconciles bank statements; Monitors loans and accounts payable and receivable to ensure that payments are up to date; Reconciles report discrepancies and problems; Codes data for input to financial data processing system according to company procedures; Prepares sales tax reports; Assists in preparation of year-end reports and 1099 forms. One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must qualify for and maintain an Elk Valley Rancheria gaming license. Indian Preference

Chief Financial Officer (Salary Commensurate with Experience) The Chief Financial Officer directs all Rancheria financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the financial community by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors; Directs and coordinates the establishment of budget programs; Coordinates PL93-638 and other grant programs; Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the Rancheria’s annual report; Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the Rancheria’s policies and operations; Ensures compliance with GASB and other applicable state, federal and tribal laws; Analyzes operational issues impacting the whole Rancheria, and determines their financial impact; Evaluates and recommends business partnering opportunities; Establishes and maintains contacts with financial institutions, the investment community and the Bureau of Indian Affairs; Provides education to the Tribal Council on financial matters, i.e., reading profit and loss statements, formulating budgets and the fiscal responsibility of council members; Reports to the Tribal Council on the financial status of Tribal owned businesses and various projects and regulatory issues in a timely manner; Other duties may be assigned by the CEO or Tribal Chairman. Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CFO experience in a Tribal Government & Casino setting highly preferred. Indian Preference
