Marketing Manager [Salary: T.B.D. (To be determined)] Manages and directs the Elk Valley Casino Marketing Department toward predetermined goals and objectives. Oversee all on and off-site marketing programs, promotions and special events for increasing casino revenues, also responsible for tracking and analysis to ensure guests receive extraordinary guest service and operations run smoothly. Insure that all shifts are properly staffed. Oversee department to insure that casino policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
