Retail Clerk   [ $8.02 per hour ]   (PART-TIME) Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience. Sell gift items, tobacco products and accessories to customers. Process cash, check and credit card transactions and maintain accurate transaction reports. Stock shelves and maintain current inventory records; evaluate inventory and process orders to maintain adequate supply levels. Straighten merchandise and perform minor housekeeping duties. Bingo Supervisor   [ Salary Depending on Experience ]   Supervises the Elk Valley Casino Bingo Department toward predetermined goals and objectives, based on profit and return on investment, by performing the following duties personally or through delegation of duties to casino employees. Provide customers with prompt and friendly service, an entertaining gaming experience and enriching work environment for our team. Enforce all standard operating procedures in the department and recommend changes for improvement to the General Manager. Plan monthly Bingo program calendar and special events. Maintain a good relationship with the Tribal Gaming Commission. Hold regularly scheduled Bingo staff meetings to communicate information and review the activities on each shift. Supervise and direct all Bingo sessions. Monitor Bingo attendance and sales each day. Monitor Bingo incentive programs. Recommend new games to the Shift Manager. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with other agencies, general officials, community, news media (when appropriate), customers, and the general public.

Surveillance Operator   [ $12.73/hr ]   (Full-Time) The primary function of the surveillance department is to protect the assets of the gaming facility. The department is responsible for the protection of casino employees, customers, and assets of the casino. The job is to observe, record and report. The surveillance operators are required to have a working knowledge of all the rules and regulations relating to the daily operation of the casino. This may include a fundamental knowledge of compliance issues. The surveillance operator reports to the surveillance supervisor who in turn reports to the Gaming Commission.
